Unwind & Release: Myofascial Release Workshop

Myofascial Release is a gentle yet effective approach to easing tension in the muscles and connective tissue (myo = muscle, fascia = connective tissue). This nourishing series teaches simple self-massage techniques to help reduce discomfort, restore mobility, and bring your body back into balance.
Each session supports nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and natural pain relief. You’ll walk away with easy, practical tools you can use daily to feel more comfortable, supported, and free in your body. No prior experience needed!
SERIES DETAILS:
- Dates: February 15, 22 | March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 2026
- Time: Sundays, 2:45 – 3:45 PM (Right before Yin Yoga)
- Duration: 60 minutes per session
- Location: Studio 2
PRICING:
- Members: $17.50 per session
- Non-Members: $22.00 per session
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing
- Props: 2 tennis balls + long sock or Yoga Tune Up Balls (YTU/YTU+) or Coregeous Ball

- Using Breath Work and a blend of Active, Passive, and Ball-Rolling Myofascial techniques.
- 2/15/26 – Week 1: Sole to Shin Feet, calves & shins
- 2/22/26 – Week 2: Hips and Buttocks – IT Band, inner thighs, quads & hamstrings
- 3/1/26 – Week 3: It’s All About the Back – Upper & lower back release
- 3/8/26 – Week 4: Upper Body – Chest, shoulders, elbows, forearms & fingers
- 3/15/26 – Week 5: It’s All About the Neck – Cervical release & shoulder tension
- 3/22/26 – Week 6: Face Your Tension – Head, fascia, facial & TMJ
- 3/29/26 – Week 7: Free Your Abs, Digestion and Lower Back – Core & low back integration (Coregeous Ball)
ABOUT THE PROPS:
Note: All sessions use 2 tennis balls + sock, YTU, or YTU+ balls, except Week 7 (3/29/26) which uses the Coregeous Ball. Bring what you have, other options available for purchase.
- 2 Tennis Balls & Long Sock – Rolling and release
- YTU (Yoga Tune Up Balls) – Smaller, grippy balls for targeted work
- YTU+ (Yoga Tune Up PLUS) – Larger, grippy balls for deeper work
- Coregeous Ball – Soft, inflatable for abs, low back & full body and even the whole body
